Welcome on my site

My name is Olga Gavlovska. I do not have professional art education and everything I learn on my own looking on others and practicing. I have regular job occupation which is very far from creativity. Five days a week for a lot of years I am working in Finance, study CIMA (not so many years :))  and improve my reporting and analysis, project management skills.

Here is my short story.

Three years ago my employeer taking care of people organized oil painting lesson in the art studio nearby.  I was quite reluctant to invest 3 hours in doing something I have never tried and had any talent. There is always something to do in Finance department and 3 hours might be an asset. But the initiative group was really determined to get all participants to the art studio. So I joined…  

This was my very first meeting with oil paints and palette knife. The process and actually result impressed me and gave an idea:

It is really never too late to make a difference, to try yourself in things you have neither experience, no knowledge.It's hard for me to compete with professional artists, so if you find prices on the site, it's most likely the humor of my greedy husband who helps me fill the site.

And I got a hobby and passion.

Happily we have youtube where kind artists share their videos with tips and hits, show basics.

Creativity and painting is a great way to express yourself and fight stress. Therefore, I recommend everyone to try yourself in painting.

In every picture I put a little bit of my soul and positive energy. Therefore, if you want to make an original gift to yourself or your relatives, I will be glad to transfer my works in good hands. You can see my pictures in the gallery section .
